About Us
Anukool Purandare is a seasoned Real Estate Professional with over 32 years of diverse experience. His journey began as a Real Estate Developer in Pune, where he successfully delivered more than 10 development projects under the banner of A.P. Builders, a family-owned enterprise, between 1992 and 2006.
In pursuit of broader horizons, Anukool transitioned to Mumbai, joining the Essar Group’s real estate division, Equinox Realty. At Equinox, he led the Land Acquisition department, securing several high-value properties for both the group's internal and business needs. Starting as Deputy General Manager of Land Acquisition, Anukool rapidly advanced through the ranks, holding key positions such as Joint General Manager, General Manager, and ultimately overseeing the acquisition, formulation, development, and promotion of significant projects. His role extended to managing cross-functional synergies, and he provided critical support to the Liaison and Legal departments.
Following his success at Equinox, Anukool took on the role of Vice President at Ceear Realty, where he was instrumental in acquiring and developing numerous projects. His leadership journey continued at Kolte Patil Developers in Pune, where he served as Deputy Projects Director, responsible for the entire lifecycle management of the company’s real estate projects.
After three decades of dedicated service to the industry, Anukool founded Mars Enterprises. Leveraging his vast experience and visionary outlook, he established the firm to address critical gaps in the real estate industry. Mars Enterprises specializes in bridging the divide between developers and buyers, offering consultancy on redevelopment proposals, and facilitating land acquisition—Anukool’s area of expertise.
